Board of Adjustment Agendas and Minutes

The Board of Adjustment shall have the exclusive power to order the issuance of variances from the terms of any official control including restrictions placed on non-conformities.  The Board of Adjustment is established by Minnesota Statues 394.21 through 394.37, and the Goodhue County Board.  It consists of six regular members of which, at least three shall be from the unincorporated area of the County.

Board of Adjustment meetings are typically held on the fourth Monday of the month in the Jury Assembly Room of the Justice Center in Red Wing.  Please call the Land Use department to verify times and locations.
