Administration

The County Administrator is the Chief Executive Officer of the county, under the direction of the County Board. The County Administrator is responsible for management of the affairs of the county, and for coordinating the activities and operations of the various county departments and agencies, as directed by the County Board. In addition, this position serves as the statutory clerk of the County Board and performs all tasks as assigned. The County Administrator also serves as the executive secretary of the Goodhue County Economic Development Authority.
