Main Park Area
Goodhue County’s Lake Byllesby Park is located on the south side of Lake Byllesby, approximately 1 mile west of US Highway 52 on the north side of MN State Highway 19, west of Cannon Falls, in the northwest corner of Goodhue County. In addition to this main developed 25 acre park site, the county owns 7.5 acres of shoreland located about 600 feet west of the main park, as well as 26 acres to the east.
The main area of Byllesby Park is undergoing a very large construction project this summer to bring a larger gathering space, modern restrooms, electrical outlets, and drinking water to the park. Click here for project updates

Upper Lake Area
Lake Byllesby Park Upper Lake area has an additional boat launch and picnic area on 12 acres of county-owned land. It is located on the shore of Lake Byllesby, approximately 2.5 miles west (as the crow flies) from the main Park area. This location offers a fishing boat launch, picnic benches, and portable toilets. Access to this park is off of 23rd Ave Way, which is approximately 1 mile east of TH 56. This park is not handicap accessible.
The park closes at 10:00 p.m and currently no overnight camping is allowed in either park at this time.
Dakota County's Lake Byllesby Regional Park
Now connected by the Mill Towns State Trail bridge over the Cannon River, Dakota County's Regional Lake Byllesby Park sits on the northern side of the lake.
