CANCELLED - Byllesby Park Pavilion Dedication & Ribbon Cutting Ceremony

This event has been CANCELLED due to the forecasted rain and will be rescheduled in the Spring. As construction of the Byllesby Park Pavilion & Essential Services Project comes to a close, Goodhue County will host a ribbon cutting event and ceremony to dedicate the new pavilion in honor of former Goodhue County Commissioner Richard Samuelson. * A quorum of Goodhue County Board members may attend this event.
