Quotes must be delivered in person or by mail to the County Administration Office located on the 3rd floor of the Government Center, 509 West 5th Street, Red Wing, Minnesota 55066 no later than 4:00 p.m. on Friday, March 17, 2017, at which time and location they will be opened and the highest qualifying quote will be awarded. Please include your name, address and telephone number along with your quote. Also, note that the minimum qualified quote is $19,000 and the county reserves the right to reject any and all offers in the best interests of the county.
