Goodhue County’s CSAH 21 Concrete Paving Project is set to begin May 12th, 2020.
Goodhue County will be replacing the bituminous pavement with concrete pavement from 200’ East of Eagle Ridge Drive to TH 61. The prime contractor for this project is Croell of New Hampton, IA.
The roadway will be closed to traffic during construction and a detour will be put in place for the extent of the project, which is expected to take approximately 2 months.
