Parent Support Outreach Program (PSOP)

Goodhue County Health and Human Services offers a Parent Support Outreach Program. This is a free, voluntary program that’s goal is to help families thrive by focusing on their strengths and needs. To learn more please visit the Parent Support Outreach Program page, or for Spanish please visit Programa de extensión de apoyo para padres.

If you are pregnant or parenting a child under the age of 10 and are interested in receiving PSOP services, please call Social Services Intake at 651-385-3200.

School Success

Goodhue County offers child welfare case management services to work with schools and families to prevent truancy.

Parents and school staff are able to reach out for assistance by calling Social Services intake at 651-385-3200.  School staff must also submit a Truancy Referral Form.
